Although it is a discipline that does require some balance, it is the most basic of all. The so-called “sea bikes” or Paddle Surf boards are practised first thing in the morning, with hardly any waves or wind. First on your knees to warm up and then on your feet, paddling is very easy and you will soon be able to navigate to any point you want.
Guided by the voice and indications of our instructor, in a short period of time you will acquire confidence and security, the first step to be able to paddle safely with other companions or family members.
